Model aero polaris
anyone have any advice or comments on this bird? I caught an ad in a magazine and purchased on a whim. It has great looks but then again, i don't need anymore trophies..

The Polaris is a Steve Shumate design, so the thread began as Steve's step-by-step build thread. When Model Aero started making the kits, the thread expanded to include info on the kit as well.

Thanks for jumping in Jeff.
r/cmark42, the Polaris is no hangar queen! It is my favorite foamy to fly bar none. I like it because you can fly off water, grass, and snow and actually take off, land, do touch and goes and such. Not many foamies can do that!

Great Camera, will have to look into that after getting teh kit put together!
I've flown the seawind ep. THIS LOOKS SO MUCH MORE MANUVERABLE AND STABLE!.. & better looking I'll be patiently wainting by the mailbox for this one

You won.t have to wait long. I ordered mine 9/28 at about 10 PM and received it Yesterday 10/1 Here is a pic of it taken at 9PM 10/2 Since that pic I t is ready to fly in the AM. I also have a Seawind and it is not a stunt plane. I have 14 flying planes and that one is on my list to sell I even upgraded the with an axi
