Thumbs down Forum collapse function still not working

Is anything being done to make this function actually functional?

Also, on the Home Page, the RC Market place never updates what new for sale.

This "upgrade" is a train wreck. I'll check back in a month or two and see if they actually got something "fixed". I mean - the upgrade took place on 4/18 and it's now 6/14. So maybe in 2-4mos everything that worked before will work again??

Im sure my posts don't get read by "management" because I'm always complaining... or maybe because they're embarrassed they can't get things done like they say they can?

Whatever.

Still not working.
It's getting very aggravating. I'm hoping the IT department can fix this soon.

Why do other Internet brands forum sites actually function properly and RCU doesn't? This upgrade happened in what, April? And we still cannot view pictures reliably, we cannot collapse the forums we aren't interested in, we can't upload edited photos from mobile devices, we cannot upload more than (3) photos at a time without some sort of error... The list goes on.... I have been a member here for a long time and never have I ever considered bailing out on the site altogether. I am considering giving up completely. The site is hard to navigate, half the features that used to work don't, traffic is WAY down (probably due to everything not working), blah blah blah. Is RCU the red headed stepchild that's just past it's prime? Sorry guys, but I'm about to put a fork in it because this thing is about cooked. No recent responses to legitimate functionality problem posts as well as actually fixing the inoperable features tells me IB doesn't give a crap about this site.

Sorry, but actions speak louder than words here guys. I'm done bltching about your site not working right. Hopefully the advertisers' ads work and they're okay with the traffic level the site has.

Nevermind. I'm not going to waste my time anymore. I'll check back in a couple months and see if anything changed.

So I assume that when there is a legitimate problem with the site that cannot be fixed, the users complaining about it get ignored? Or rather, the guys that give admin a hard time about getting their forum working properly get ignored. I see RC Tech forum works perfectly. They respond to forum problems very quickly, AND they're owned by IB. Why is RCU the red headed step child? Seriously... This forum might stand a chance to bounce back if the photo system worked, we could collapse parts of the forum that we don't have interest in, and have a search that works as well as other RC sites.

Internet Brands Admin - are you listening, or do you not care? By ignoring long time users with tons of posts that have legit gripes shows you don't care. It tells a lot of people you don't care actually.

Guys, I'm just as frustrated with this as you. I know it's been a really long time. I have once again asked our tech team what the hold up is.
