I can't change my email address
I recently upgraded from dial-up to DSL and my email address changed. I logged on and went to the page to edit my profile and when I tried to edit my email address, it ask for my I.D. number. I entered the I.D. number that was listed on the email that RCU sent me but it was not accepted. This is the same I.D. number that appears by my name when I am on the edit profile page. Is there another number that I am supposed to use? If so, I would like to know what it is.
