Tom,
A error like that is usually happens when the picture you are trying to upload for you avatar is too large. The size restrictions for an avatar are: 85 X 85 pixels Max. and no larger than 7KB in size. Also, it must be either a jpg or a gif formated graphic. Make sure your picture is within these restrictions and try re-uploading it.

Hope this helps

Try reducing the resolution the 72 dpi.

Now that I wouldn't know. Try PM'ing Minnflyer and ask him. He uses a Mac and should be able to answer that question.

For the benefit of others reading this thread, Tom PM'd me and his problem was that the Safari browser that comes with a Mac has a compatability problem with RCU.

For any Mac Users (And even for those of you who are still using those toy computers ) I suggest getting the "Firefox" Browser for Mozilla. It's a free download.

Downloaded Firefox and tried to upload avitar but said the file was too large. The file size is 6.91k, 59X40 and a resolution of 72. What do I do now?
