I don't know where to ask a question about www.rcuvideos.com, so I'll ask it here.

The "Airplanes" playlist has been stagnant since January 2009. If I post a video of an airplane, how do I get it on the "Airplanes" playlist?

put the word 'airplane' in the tag list and it should show up in airplanes

I found out what's happening. There is something wrong with the sort order of the videos in the Airplanes playlist.

The first 50 videos on the playlist go from date 2009-01-06 to 2007-04-02. The most recent addition to the playlist is the 51st video (which is my video at this moment). The playlist is chronologically sorted properly from video #51 onwards.

I couldn't find a pattern in the tags or ratings that made the first 50 videos on the playlist so special.

A video is no good unless other people have a change to view them. To get those few extra views and ratings, it's important that the newest addition to the playlist be in page 1.

I just submitted a new video. The same problem still exists... My new video, which has an "airplane" tag, is #50 on the "Airplanes" playlist.

I just noticed that the sort order of the "Trucks & Cars" and "Helicopters" playlists is messed up also. The "Boats" playlist looks like it's sorted properly.

Just wanted to let you know in case you ever get around to fixing it.

The first video on the "Airplanes" playlist is now over one year old.

My videos used to get a lot of extra views if I put them on the "Airplanes" playlist and they went to #1 on the playlist. They don't get any extra view if they go directly to #50 on the playlist.
