Default Assistance in Refurbishing Micro HDMI to AV Analog Signal Converter RCD3015M

I trust this message finds you well. My name is Susu, and I am a hobbyist DIY enthusiast.

I was trying my hands on my new Micro HDMI to AV Analog Signal Converter module RCD3015M for my Sony a6000 camera. Unfortunately, during my initial attempt to use the product, I inadvertently overpowered it due to a wiring mistake, resulting in the burning of the microcontroller. This incident left me financially strained and deeply embarrassed. Consequently, I set aside my project, feeling demotivated and disheartened.

Recently, driven by curiosity, I decided to investigate the extent of the damage. It was then that I identified the chip that I burnt, as the STM8S103F3P6.

With a heavy heart, I am reaching out to inquire if there is any possibility of refurbishing this module to restore its functionality. I am hopeful that with your expertise, there might be a chance to revive the module.

Thank you for considering my request. I eagerly await someone's guidance and support in resolving this issue.

Refurbishing the module is possible depending on the extent of the damage. Replacing the STM8S103F3P6 and reprogramming it could potentially revive it.

However, successfully performing this repair requires soldering skills and knowledge of the converter's schematics.
