I saw that too. IMO it's BS. Tell me how can a pilot of an airliner flying his jet at 200+ mph cross paths with an R/C jet traveling at around 100 mph in the opposite direction and be able to recognize it as a miniature F-4? Something smells fishey.

I can't find the link but saw that this investigation has been dropped. There are no records of the pilots report or any mention of this incident on the tools the FAA and NTSB use to record these types of issues.
