Default Quanum Nova Waypiont flying

I have the Quanum Nova but I can not find any answers on the equipment that I need to purchace to have it fly waypoints from my Android tablet. The closest thing I see is a 433mhz telemetry set that can not be used in the USA. Is there any other telemetry modules that don't require an FCC ham radio licence?
