HD VIDEO + OSD + DATA RECORDER + ON BOARD HD DVR IS IT REALLY POSSIBLE???
Please help
I want to do something simple in concept but quite complex for an amateur like me.
I want to superimpose the real time data I read from Eagletree Flight Data Recorder Pro and Eagle tree GPS to an HD video on board my aircraft.
I want to use the HD DRIFT camera http://driftinnovation.com/drift-hd-action-camera/ which has an HDMI output then lead it to the Eagletree OSD and then to some kind of an HD digital video recorder
Questions:
1) Is the concept possible?
2) How does the HD camera connect to the OSD?
3) Do you know any lightweight portable digital video recorders with HDMI IN that I can use?
4) How to connect the OSD out to the HDMI IN of the DVR? Is this possible?
I do not want to transmit anything to the ground, I just want to record all data to a very good quality video on board. Is this really possible?
Do you think these items can operate together?
Your help will be greatly appreciated.
