Ritewing RC has a new model which they are starting via KickStarter. Ritewing of course are the makers of the Zephyr series, which was flown by Raphael Pirker (Trappy), and is flown by many many other modelers. Ritewings planes are considered by many to be some of the best on the market.

Chris Klick, owner of Ritewing RC, has designed this new model in EPP and is using KickStarter to obtain the funds to pay for the molds and initial production run.

If you sponsor the project you can get it at a lower cost than the future production runs. Additionally, you only pay for the plane if the KickStarter goal is reached, there is no charge if the goal is not met- no planes will be produced, obviously.

Myself, I chose the version with the air frame kit, motor and ESC, laminating film, and carbon push rod and control horn set as I need it all, and it was a good price.

I've always scratch-built my planes from foamboard and HobbyKing parts, I am REALLY looking forward to experiencing what this model has to offer.
