RE: Carl Goldberg Foam MIG 27got 2 of them
Hello, I just found one at a yard sale. Missing the alerons & manual. Anybody have a link to the manual? Looking for as much info/lessons learned as possible. I have 'heard' that these are flown mainly with a 90 size 2 stroke? Any pitfalls or bad tendencies I might want to pay attention to?

Is any body still looking at this forum? I've got a basic fus, and wing parts with no book. I still need the CG location and how far back to place the landing gear (Tri type). I like all the mods done on another forum , also, I was going to stiffen up the wings using Aluminum & Carbon fiber arrow in three locations. Too attached together at about the CG location on the bottom, covers almost the whole wing, and 2 carbon fiber arrow grooved in the trailing edge, which should keep the flutter down. I've going to try a small Gas 26CC motor so far I don't think any body has try yet. I'll have to stiffen the nose up a lot. any comments are welcome. I have three new 65 original engines new, with about 50 props I beleave they are 12 x 7, I will never use them.

Hello ctshover I also came into a few of these MIGs a while back and let me just say THEY ARE AWSOME!!!
All I did was go to your local hobby shop and get a transmiter and receiver combo kit they are about $150.00.
They are a little squirly if they are not dialed in, needless to say ive crashed a few before I nailed it, but if you have a little patience and common sence you will have a great time flying these plains.

Let me know if any of you guys might have one for sale.
It would have to be shipped to Griffin GA

Does anyone know of some for sale at a reasonable price? Haven't seen any on fleabay for quite a while. I have one that I recently put up in the air with a .75 and it flies real nice where you point it. More than enough power. I'd like to get my hands on another.

but shipping costs too much.
