Default 900 mhz 1 watt 2.4 ghz spektrum dx7

I am building a t-rex 450 using a spektrum dx-7 paired with future hobbies 900 mhz 1 watt video transmitter and receiver. I am wondering what kind of video link range i will get with diversity patch antenna and a dipole. I bought the 900 mhz because of the penetrating power and because it is an uncrowded frequency and am hoping i will get plenty of range with 1 watt of power. I am planning on using range video osd on the t-rex and crash9 nine video gear such as the anti-vibration camera mount, extended skids, and video transmitter mount. Any advice towards the build would be greatly appreciated and i would very much like to know the range i will be getting with the 900 mhz video equipment. I am very inexperienced in this area of the hobby.
