8FG failed update.
I just tried to update to the latest software on my 8FG and the update stalled completely and failed.
Now with the switch set to "normal" mode there is no reaction when I turn on the TX, when set to "update mode" the screen powers up then turns off after a few seconds... with no message being displayed on screen..
I am based in spain.. where can I get my TX fixed?
Crap problem to have!

RE: 8FG failed update.
*FIXED*
Send it to the local futaba service centre and they will reinstall the OS..
For me I was told the service is free and I just pay postage.

RE: 8FG failed update.
UPDATE:
In the end the entire main board had to be changed.
Seems I had a 1 off bad TX, so much so that Futaba asked for the bad card to be sent back to them for further testing as they have no idea what is wrong with it.
