neck strap holder loose on my12Z
hi there guys, well in my almost new 12Z i have a little thing that i dont know how to fix it. The neck strap holder on my radio is really loose, im one of the guys that fly with neck strap all the time. Let me know how can i fix it without making my warranty over. My radio has about 2 months.

Hi John,
You can send this into us and we'll do this for you at no charge.
If it was out of warranty, you might use thread lock on the hook itself. but unless you are very familiar with electronics, it is really not recommended as there are so many delicate parts internally and the main board must be moved.
