Battery size

Bax,

Why does Futaba always use an odd size cell in their battery packs in their transmitters? ie the 8/12fg and the 14sg.

They are not "odd" sizes. They are the correct sizes to suit the needs of each transmitter's design.

I mean't no disrespect, I just wondered why. It does make it difficult to replace the packs for the DIY crowd.
