binding used futaba fasst receiver

If I get a used 7 Ch. Futaba receiver will it bine with my 14SGA TX.

Any Futaba FASST aircraft receiver will be able to be linked with the 14SG, except the T-FHSS receivers. The 7-channel R617FS receiver will require you to set the transmitter to 7-channel FASST mode.
