Here goes,

DA-50 and Slimline pitts smoke muffler
Sullivan smoke pump
Futaba R6014HS RX using channel 10 (can change if need be)
Futaba 14sg

What I'm trying to do.

On/Off switch for smoke mix - SF (2 position switch)
Channel endpoints need to be -100 (smoke pump off) and +60 (smoke pump at full speed)
I need the smoke pump to come on at 25% throttle and stay on up to 100% throttle, and turn off below 25% throttle
But vary the pump speed in sink with the throttle
example : throttle 85% - smoke pump speed at 100%
throttle 55% - smoke pump spend at 50%
throttle 24% - smoke pump speed at 0%
And the in between values, as many as I can get
And be able to adjust the values

I am trying the fuel mix - premix under the model menu with some results,
but when I assign the mix to the SF switch my servo end points change to undesired values

Any help here would be appreciated.

Select the mix so that the throttle channel is master and the smoke channel is the slave. Make the mix a point mix. Set the different points to suit. You only have five points on the mixer, so that's your limit. If you want a smoother curve, you'll need "more" transmitter.
