14mz start up

My 14MZ has stopped playing then startup tune when it finishes booting. Also has stopped playing the shut down tones as well. Is this a problem or the start of issues? it seems to work perfectly beside that. The other tones for button touches, etc still play?

You may want to check the "Sound" option in the Linkage Menu. You may have put a "null" sound in the Startup and Power off sections. Anything there would override the regular system sounds.
