Use of Heli radio
Hello all.
Can a 8FGS Heli radio be also used competenly as an Aircraft radio? I need to have some 3position switches assignable and there is a used radio for sale locally at a good price and it is FASST compatible. Don't see anything else at this point from Futaba for FASST. I don't want to start over as I have a great T7C and 4 FASST recievers.
Thanks for your input.
Darryl.

THe 8FGS is a very good airplane radio. Being the "S" version it actually does 14 channels too.
Here's the manual for it:
