Default Having difficulty reversing dual aileron servos with my 8UAF Tx.

I recently replaced the old analog servos in my '95' GP Big Stik's with digitals and needed to reverse them (ch.1 and 7) to get the correct direction of throws using my trusty 8UAF Tx. However using the BASIC menu REV feature only makes both ailerons go in the same direction like flaps. In an attempt to correct this I selected AI-DIF in the ADVANCE menu and turned on the INH but now only the aileron plugged into Ch1 operates. I have turned off the INH and come out of the ADVANCE menu but still only Ch 1 aileron moves. I guess I have screwed up something and would certainly appreciate your assistance in getting both servos to work correctly.

Wow, a true oldie but a goody. I don't think aileron differential is the best method. I think the flaperon mixing would be better.

Another method would be to buy the dual servo reverser

Thanks Bill. Seems like I got my wires all crossed using the Aileron Diff instead of the Flaperon mixing. My trusty 8UAF though now almost 10 yrs old and discontinued is in excellent condition thanks to regular servicing and having been upgraded with a 2.4 module is more than adequate for my needs.

I still have an old 8UHP and a couple of 9ZAPs. Nice reminders.

I have no immediate plans of retiring my 8UAF, plus I was given 2 others that are in pristine condition by friends who made the transition to 2.4 when it was all the rave.
