twin engine setups
My next project will be a P-38 "special"
The setup would be:
Ch1 left engine
Ch2 right engine
Ch3 left aileron / flaps
Ch4 right aileron / flaps
Ch5 gear
Ch6 elevator
Ch7 left rudder
Ch8 right rudder
Ch9 bomb drop (optional)
I would like to mix the engines to the throttle/rudder ( or use a switch to idle one of the engines) for asymmetrical thrust to induce spins the mix would have to be limited on the minimum end to prevent the engines from dieing, rudder mixing for air brakes (crows tail?), aileron / flaps mixed to elevator for loops.
I am putting together a set of Dual Ace 40 wings and building off from them the "P-38"
The setup would be:
Ch1 left engine
Ch2 right engine
Ch3 left aileron / flaps
Ch4 right aileron / flaps
Ch5 gear
Ch6 elevator
Ch7 left rudder
Ch8 right rudder
Ch9 bomb drop (optional)

RE: twin engine setups
Bax or Krysta:
I`m setting up a Dual Ace Twin in my 9C, and already have read question 23 from the FAQ`s, the thing is, the user in that question DOESNT want to use any knobs to control the engines. I DO WANT that.
I want to control both engines with Throttle stick, so I made a mix with Throttle as master, Aux 1 (ch 7) as slave without any switch assigned so they always work. But I want to be able to trim independently lets say left engine throttle with VR(A) and right engine throttle with VR(C). How to achieve this? And i also had the same problem with throttle cut only working in Ch3 servo. I`ll try what you said. Any links needed to have this setup work?
Thanks a lot!
Sanyul.
