I have heard that is possible to get 10 channels out of this receivers, I have a Futaba FC28 10 channel transmitter and want to know what is required to modify the receivers, I know that channels 9 and 10 are just two position.

Hi Alfredo,

It is possible to send the R149DP into your nearest service center for an update which will give you the 10th channel. The R129DP is not capable of this update. Information on doing this update is proprietary information.

Thank you, I have another question, Why did the 9Z radio was not advertised as a 10 channel radio? I am sure that you would have atractted a bigger market that went to JR just to have 1 more channel.
