I've searched this forum but can't find an answer to this question: On what cutoff volts/cell are the stated capacites of Futaba Rx and Tx battery packs based? In other words, is that "700mAh" advertised capacity from full charge to 0.9 v/cell? 1.1v/cell? Thanks in advanced for your reply.

With R/C systems, 1.1V per cell is considered "dead", and is the level where capacity is usually measured.
