servo wire length
Dear all,
I'm rebuilding a 25%-Extra 300 and I would like to install elevators servos on the tail of the ship.
Is there any recomendation/restriction regarding the servo wire length?
Thanks
Mauricio.

RE: servo wire length
No restriction, but longer wires should be of thicker gauge to reduce resistance. That's what the heavy-duty servo leads are for. You will also need to make sure that the battery pack is adequate to allow the current flow required by large-scale servos.
You can eliminate most problems caused by long leads by using a Futaba MSA-10 Servo Synchronizer and an additional battery pack.
