Default T6XAs/6XHs and GY401 don't work

I have been trying to setup my gy401 gyro on my heli for days now...
I know how to set the gain with the ATV but how do i set the throw?
I lookind in the manual for the gyro and it says to either use the DFR od D/R
Does my T6xas/6hs radio support this?
