10C Power Down Mode, No RF Output
Received New 10C 2.4 GHZ System, 9-10-2008. Retuened to Service Center 9-11-2008. Better check Power Down System for Range Checking. This new system when put in power down mode the Blue LED stayed totally off. Should be Blinking. No link to the Receiver. and no RF being detected on the 6014FS receiver. Also it would never go back to full Power. It acted as if you Put it in the Power off Mode.
Note: if you put it to power ON mode the blue LED would start to blink, And then go to Soild ON, the rf comes Back and the Receiver detects rf and Links!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is INFO for 10 C owners, to Check if there System is Funcationing Correctly

RE: 10C Power Down Mode, No RF Output
Anytime your transmitter does not return to Full Power mode after doing the range check, you would need to send this into the closest service center.
Per page 17 of the 10C manual, once the 90 second power down is complete, the transmitter will automatically link and return to full power mode. Since this was not happening on your transmitter, you did the correct thing to send this in to us.
It is always recommended to that each person check ALL functions before flying, this is why pilots do pre-flight checks.
