Default 6AXS Elevon problems

I am trying to program elevons on an Outlaw using the 6AXS. I've programed elevons before but I am having a problem that I can't figure out.
I have everything mechanically setup as close as possible to get the 1 1/4" throws that I need. I get 1 1/4" when I use up or down elevator and 1 1/4" if I use left or right ailerons. The problem is if I put the stick to one of the corners like full up elevator and full left aileron, I get more than the original 1 1/4" of travel and the servo arm cant move any further. I've tried setting the ATV's but it doesn't help. Any suggestions ??

Thanks,
Larry

Default RE: 6AXS Elevon problems

What you see is normal. When you have a mix, the maximum throw for one channel gets added to the maximum for the second channel. You have to adjust the amount of travel in the mixer function, not in the individual ATV's for each channel that's mixed.

Only the 9Z, 12FG, 12Z, and 14MZ have adjustments for the absolute limits of movement for each channel. All of the other Futaba systems require you to set the mixer so that your servos don't move too far.
