Can anyone tell why my new 6014 fails to bind and displays a green flashing led?

We'd have no idea. There is too little information. If you have a wireless computer network in the house, it can interfere. You may have other strong sources of 2.4 GHz radiation locally. You may have a bad transmitter. You may have a bad receiver. Did you properly perform the link procedure?

Any number of reasons.

No wireless computer link,
No 2.4 radiation,
I have linked it correctly I have an old used 6014 working faultlessly beside the new one. Still get the flashing green led and no servo control.

Incidentally if I switch the transmitter off the led shows solid red. Switch it back on green begins flashing??
