Hi Bax/Krista:
Can you please confirm the range for the 6004 rx? Futaba USA claims 91 meters, but Futaba/Robbe claims 300 meters? I myself has tested this rx to more than 800 feet with no problems.

Thanks in advance,
Doug.

Doug,
The range of the R6004FF is a minimum of 300 meters. Where did you see the 91 meter reference? I'd like to get that corrected.

RE: R6004FF
Hello Steve. I note that Tower's site still lists the range as 300 feet (91 meters) - is it official that the range should be 300m? Obviously, that would make a big difference for those considering this RX for small to mid-sized electric planes, where 91 meters may be marginal but 300 meters would be plenty. Thanks

RE: R6004FF
Krysta / S Kaluf / Bax:
So what is the correct and true range of R6004FF Rx? Is it 300-ft or 300 meters?
I just installed one in my newly finished foam park flyer and did a range check. I get around 20 paces (at power down) before control becomes slugish. I'd like to know if this is due to the range limitation of the Rx or if this is caused by my setup/placement of the Rx within the plane.
Can someone pls confirm the correct range.
Thanks,
Rico.
