Default Replacement 2.4GHz 7C transmitter antenna

Need to replace the plastic transmitter antenna housing on a 2.4Ghz 7C, the lower end where it rotates is damaged and missing a pin. Is this part available to order without returning to the service center? Easy fix if I had the part.

If you are asking for the base of the antenna housing, it's not available separately. Only the entire plastic sleeve assembly:

HSP79469 9M99Z01701 TX ANTENNA 2.4G US$23.19

You can order it through your favorite hobby retailer or through us.

Is it safe to reuse a reciever that looks ok after a crash?

Check it very carefully. Range check it with engine running and not running. Try it out in an expendable model first. Then, if you feel confident, put it into service. It's all up to you. If you are not confident of the receiver, then send it to the service center for checkout.
