Hello,

Just acquired a Futaba PCM FP-R105IP Receiver. The antennae was cut in order to remove it from previous aircraft (down to 15").

Could anyone tell me what the length should be and also, can I repair it by simply soldering on a similar looking piece of wire to the correct length? Or is it necessary to send it in for installation of a new antennae?

You can splice in a wire to regain the length, or add a new wire.
