My 7C 2.4GHz radio has a problem with the duel rate mode on switch A. The plane has duel elevators on seperate servos. The transmitter is programed in ailvator mode as described in the manual. The elevators will not hold a setting, also when you dial a percentage rate into the duel rate the elevators move with the dial.

I hope you can help with this problems.

We're not sure what you mean when you mention that the elevators will not "hold a setting". Do you mean that you can set a rate it will change the next time you turn on the transmitter? Also, when you have a low rate set, that low rate will change when you change the rate percentage. That's normal. Changing the rate percentage should do nothing to the high rate.

Perhaps a more clear description of your difficulty would help us understand what may be wrong.

what I mean when I say the elevator won't hold a setting IE: set the elevators level oscillate the controlls they will be at a 30 -40 degre off from center.
When I try to set the duel rates from 50% low to 100% high the elevators move up or down when I turn the dial. hope this helps.

If your elevators will not center, but will go 30 to 40 degrees off when you move the sticks about, we'd consider something seriously wrong somewhere.

If you have the transmitter set to low rates, turning the dial will definitely change the endpoint, but the servo should not move if you don't move the sticks.

You may want to send us the transmitter and any servos you think may be suspect. That's the only way something like you describe could be fixed.
