James, 1/8" or 5/32" will do just fine.

I use a 5/32" ID on my DA 100

Ken is right that a 1/8" would work just as well.

Then why does Sullivan supply their tanks with 3/32" tubing!

I always replace it with 5/32" and use dubro barbs on the lines.

FWIW..Never flew a big plane with it, but 3/32 black molded neoprene tubing runs anything including a 200cc Aerrow twin on the test stand...The internal holes in the carb where the fuel comes through the inlet needle are ALL smaller that .083, more like 1/16..tubing shouldn't have to be too much larger than the hole it brings the fuel to...Your car has 200 or more cubic inches, the fuel line is 1/4 ID or less.......
I drill out the methanol carb conversions on the 289cc race engines to .083 for the inlet needle. Takes TWICE as much methanol as gas to run the engine.....They run 9000 rpm on two carbs with .083 holes..How much do you need to run a 150cc gas engine at 6000 rpm ?
