I think I might be tempted to call J-tec for an answer to this question. If anyone has messed with this first hand, it would be them.

Tuning the combined muffler will depend on whether the twin is alternate firing or firing at the same time. I suggest you find out which it is before trying to design an efficient muffler as it affects both the volume and frequency of the gas pulses. Good luck.
