Default MLD 70 twin

Forr what it is worth, I found a site that has them listed.
http://www.kangkeusa.com/gasengines.htm

Not cheap for a China made twin.

Never figured out how they price a twin, This is priced higher than two 35cc

MLD 35
Two 35cc = about $540.00
Two crank cases
Two cranks
Two carbs
Two Reed valves
Two ignitions

MLD 70 $600.00
one crank case
One crank
One carb
One red valve
One ignition.

I know people are going to say that the parts for a twin cost more and I am sure it does but not over two times as much.

Supply and demand maybe?
Has MLD decided the MT70 was dead and there was no other twin in this size category? [&o]

Weight? Width boot to boot? Static rpm with a given popular prop for a benchmark?

That new 3W twin must have two 34 size jugs!

yep we all got our self to blame for this,me included.yakking on how everyone would want to have a good 70 twin at a low weight, and good power.so now it's hear who will be the first to try it out,not me at the price.

Yep. Kind of bespeaks a 34 single doesn't it The difficult factor for most in this forum is they will not be bargain basement priced. The good stuff never is.

I have had a 3W 78cc twin (so-called TOC 80) for at least 10 years...don't know why they discontinued it...still runs well and makes a ton of power. It wasn't cheap.
