Did you try using electric starter? Since this motor does not have choke, it seems to take some cranking at the beginning of a flying day. My engine takes a few seconds of electric starter cranking before it fires up. You can also check if you are getting a strong spark by taking out the spark plug, hooking it up to the ignition and turning the prop. If you don't see a spark at every turn, you have ignition problem. Try the electric starter and let me know.
