Default Zenoah Drill Jig?

Does anyone make a drill jig for a G-45?

Thanks,

Why would you need a drill jig for a G45 as it has a single bolt prop hub, at least mine does.

The new ones have the single bolt and 2 pins in the hub.

I just pull the pins. These pins have been around for a very long time.

I just imprinted the pins in the back of the prop and then drilled the prop partially just enough to have room for the pins.

So a person could say maybe the pins are there to help keep the prop from slipping. Right? Capt,n

For people who don't tighten the single bolt tight enough...Our GT80 race twins run the exact same hub at 11,500 with the pins pulled...TIGHT..No slip..
Every Zenoah 45,62, and 80 ever made uses the same hub...Normal rotation just makes the bolt tighter...

Thanks for all the advice. I will assume the answer to my question is no.

Thanks,
Tony
