RE: NGH 9cc
Here,s my concerns 1; The horse in the NGH logo might be related to the Pegasus on my ET/RCG/RCGF 20cc rcexell copy ignition 2;In the one 9cc video they had the same color rubber band holding the pickup on engine as I did on my Como.61(Capt,n ,you mite be right!)If they are related were in trouble!

It is no secrete that China has been trying hard to gather all the data on the Secrete defense items the USA and other countries have. Well it looks like we oppened the door sharing all the engine data for what will probably be engines used in Unmaned aircraft for their use. Not too good when you think about it. Just My 2 Cents Capt,n

China has worked with the Russian Engine manufacturers to develop their own Gas turbines. The resultant product is more than powerful enough.
Flugwerk, fits a chinese engine in their warbird replica's.
The Chinese eco-box automobiles all have engine technology based on Japanese and German technology and in some cases improved upon.
We seem to forget that the Chinese engines we use in our hobby are designed to meet a price point.
This 9cc seems interesting. If it can produce enough power and be more reliable than a similar displacement glow engine it will find a market.

Could the Enya gas, glow plug possibly work in other engines like this? how can a glow plug work with conventional gasoline without terrible preignition????
Thanks,
Ernie

Hi Michael
I have had a lot of people ask me about 4 stroke gassers in the size from 10cc to 15cc. Maybe you could start there with the existing 15cc dimensions you already have.

15CC is great. The Saito 14CC 4 strokeis bad. Ican't get it running well and asked dealer for repair but ask to ship to Japan for warranty service.

Hi Michael,
I would also like a 15cc or 17cc 4 stroke for .60 sized warbirds.
Preferably the 17cc as I try to use 3 blades as much as possible. If you could do some 3 blade testing on your motors for us scale guys it would really help. It's hard to find good rpm, pitch speed and thrust data for three blade set ups.
Keep up the great work.
Joe

it was so hard work on GT9, because Walbro do not make so smaller carb, it is a real difficulty, but now it is ok, yes you will watch it soon. it is really reliable. and 4-stroke started, it will be ok in 2012.

I once put ignition on an Enya .40, worked well but the glow carb was a little touchy...A smaller carb and the new C&H smaller igniton with a single small battery would work well...The RC EXL 1/4-32 spark plugs seem to be holding up well.....
Try to put a good needle bearing on the big end of the con rod so 32-1 fuel can be used....
BME uses Chinese Super Tigre 90s because the crank web is strong enough to withstand pressing in a new harder crank pin for the bearing, the ST crank web cracks when the hard pin is pressed in.....
Go for it

RE: NGH 9cc
thank you all! In fact I feel I am so lucky for making a new with all of you all professional experts, I do enjoy the process with you. always I get many suggestions from you when I want to make a new, and you are all gentlemen and give me many adivce and I do really learn from you all. as a manufactory, the size choice is first important, because the investment is big for just one size, nowhere can i buy parts from just make it by myself. so really thank you all!
for 4s engine, it use roller bearings rod is true, I just consider the carb if it use my new smaller carb or others.
for GT9, as Mr.Andika's saying it is so small, just bushing now, yes will be used 20:1.
I am considerring if someone need more smaller than 9cc, I think I will make 6cc gas engine with same dimensions as classical .36 glow engine.
If some car factories need more smaller gas engine than 6cc, I think I can make 4.5cc gas engine as same dimension as classical .25-.28 car glow engine.
if some car facoties need more smaller gas engine than 4.5cc, I think i can make 2cc-3cc gas engine as same dimension as classical .12-.18 car glow engine.
just show that I can do it now based on all helps from you all. any comapnies can contact me if you are plan to do!
It seems all like pretty- Blondie with almost same appearance, why don't you make a try for a special east-pretty come from east?
