gas engines
Hi everyone, I have a question and need some help. I have a extra 260 plane and it calls for a 1.60 2 stroke or a 1.80 4 stroke. Can I put a gas engine on this plane? I am thinking about a dle 30 cc and would it like to know what all I would have to mod. on the plane. Thanks for all your help.

DLE30 is a nice running engine, but the muffler that comes with it is a POS. Get a good pitts muffler from JTEC.

Hi Tazz05,
I have a seagull extra 260 and it has a pte36r in her http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zJn9qHQFjL8
A dle30 would be great too.
I have been using my dle 30's with stock muffler with no problems, pitts do look cool but they can rob a bit of power.

RE: gas engines
Hi! Everybody,
I need a little help. I have a Morton M-5 that I bought in 1959. The man I bought it from did not give me any papers, ie; instructions, maintenance tips, etc. If anybody has papers on the M-5, I sure would appreciate a copy of them if you don't mind.
Thanks in advance.
