I need a muffler for my BME 44cc ... just a simple down draft... like a Bennett muffler.... Where would you suggest I look....???

BME has them for the BME 50 that fits perfect. A little pricey, but good quality.

And yes they are both too pricey for such a simple muffler.

Dick Bennett had one muffer cast for all small gas eas engines. Then he would drill them to size at order time.

I'm wondering if a CRRC 40 muffler would fit? It has that same offset bolt arrangement.
