Default G-45 Engine Bolt Size?

I have a G-45 and I need to drill out some props. What is the correct size to open the hole on the prop?

Thanks,
Tony

Tony, It's 10mm according to Horizon Hobby. What ever the size is, don't use a drill or a reamer. You need a counter bore with a pilot in a drill press to keep the hole centered. Dan.

Tony, here is what I use. It's a .375 counterbore with a .25 pilot. There are hobby items around but they are not that good for this purpose. I got mine at a tool store that supplies machine shops. Try these guys if you can't find some thing like I have around where you live. Don't settle for something less. It is too important. Dan

Thank you very much Dan! That is the size you use for the G-45? I assume a G-62 is the same size?

Thanks again!!!!
Tony

Tony, I use the .375 counterbore for a Brison 3.2 engine which has a 3/8 inch crankshaft. The 1/4 inch pilot is for the hole in the Zinger 20 X 11 propeller that I use. Dan.
