Default DA 50 Ignition Problems

I have a DA 50 that is about two years old and was running great and started to run rough the last six flights.
It always started good and idle was reliable till one day it quite.
Had no spark at the plug.
No problem I thought as I had just received a new DA 50 ignition module in the mail from TBM.

I put that new one on and went to the field without a worry. New...Right?

Not a pop and no spark also with a fresh charged 4 cell NiCad pack at 5.6V.

I am at a lose??? Could it be the pick-up? I took a Ohm meter to that and couldn't get any tone out of the three leads or grounded to the engine case.
Help
Jim

Keep in mind that the DA ignition has a TIME-OUT FEATURE. If you have it on for a pre-determined amount of time without triggering a spark, it will shut down and you need to turn it off-on to reset it.

Sure as heck didn't know that...thanks
I have my TF FW190 with the same engine that works. I might try wiring one of those bad??? ignitions on the outside and see if it will spark in a plane that works.
I checked and I have 5.5V up to the module plug-in.
I might have to call DA Monday...Geese
