My Feedback: (19)
The circled item is the idle stop screw that most RC users remove and throw away. Some engine companies throw them away for us before the engine is delivered.
Is it a real Walbro? Don't know but it does have that funkly plastic choke to throttle link that comes stock on real Walbro WJ-71 carbs. Most RCers throw these away also. The company has good feedback so they should be reputable to deal with.
Edit: I see this comes from China so buyer beware. For a few $ more you can buy one from DA and it will come with the nice red aluminum arms in place.
