Which 4 stroke 20-35cc range gas engins would you buy, regardless of prices?

I would go with a OS 33cc gas engine as my first choice. But the OS 40cc four stroke would likely be a better choice as being roughly equivalent to the 30cc two stroke. Rotomotor is another alternate with their 35cc four stroke engine too. The Saito FG-40 is another possibility as well.

I have read the thread of Saito 20/21 gas engines, sadly the responses are quite negative. I have the Saito 33cc gas 3 cylinders radial which is running very reliable, its 4 stroke sound is sweet.
