DA 60 Prop Size
I have a Da 60 and I would like to know what prop size would be good for my new TopFlite Zero.
I want to use carbon fiber... 3 bladed prop. I have ordered the 3 bladed spinner.
Should I break the motor in on a 2 bladed prop before moving to a 3 bladed one?>

I would use the 2 blade for break in and the first few flights. Easier to handle and it will give you better acceleration / thrust for those first few flights while you're getting the new airplane dialed in. Also, you are going carbon and 3 bladed carbon props are very expensive. Using a 2 blade wood prop for those first few flights might save you some $$ in the long run.

A Mezjlik 22X10 will work fine. That's what I use on my G-62's and Fox 4.2's. I've used them as breakin props, no sense spending $$$ on another prop. Yes, they are expensive, but worth every penny.

3 blader, probably the Mezjlik 20x12 carbon. I used that prop on my DLE55 which was piped. It's a great combo turning just about 7.1K.
The DA60 on the regular muffler should put out about the same power as the piped DLE55 or maybe a hair more (if one believes the DA hyperbole). As far as break in, I broke the DLE in on the 3 blader and flew it after break in that way. It just got a bit stronger and sweeter running with more time. Quiet too but then again that's why I use pipes
