Default Loose JTec Snuffler Muffler

The snuffler is a great field saving muffler!
I have a loose component on one of my Snufflers and I'm not sure where to tighten, or if tightening is necessary.
First picture is a typical install on one of my Giant Stingers. I added a safety strap so I don't lose the 1 lb. muffler due to vibration. I also use plenty of loc tite. The second picture show the Snuffler I'm having a problem with. This muffler has over 50 flights on it and "Part B" on both left and right side is rotating loose, but has not come off yet. The nut on "screw A" has been tighten as far as it can without snapping it. "Part B" still rotates, Part A is secure. What do I need to do the make sure part b does not rotate, or is this condition OK? Hard to see on the inside because its blackened.

Why not call Jtec Radiowave and ask them. They would know better than anybody.

Hard to tell if part A protrudes into part B...looks like a "press type fitting " looking at that bulge...if you can discern by looking up into the canister that there is any lip protruding into part B, I would suggest inserting some stainless steel mini screws ( 3 or 4) spaced evenly around the lower perimeter of the bulge to stop it from rotating.
If the through bolt is still holding it all together adequately while running and the vibration is no big issue...and it seems to be quiet running...then I would just keep an eye on it...
Also was wondering if there was any RPM loss using the snufflers ??..I was considering using this system on my G-62.

Actually you should be able to screw directly into that bulge and secure part A to B me thinks

Haven't heard from JTec.
Thanks for the input Mein Duff. I worked on the Snuffler and concluded that part B would probably not immediately fall out. In time, the vibration may make the part rattle off. When I unscrewed the long bolt, I found that the washer had been tightened so much that it formed a conical shape against the insides of part B. Maybe it was shaped like that to begin with, but subsequent tightening would not prevent part B from rotating. So, I machined a thicker brass washer and that seemed to hold much better. A little more weight is not going to matter because the Snuffler weighs about 1 lb. It really quiets down the engine considerably from the original stock muffler. The snuffler with a Mejzlik 22x10 prop seemed to be my best combo for performance and low noise. I don't have dB numbers, but some club members says it sounds like a OS 60 with its stock muffler in the distance. There does not seem to be any rpm loss using the snuffler. I also have canisters and a slimline pitts style muffler for the G62, but have not tried them because I was so satisfied with the snuffler. I have 4 G62s and all have Snufflers.
