Exclamation Rcexl is always on

when i connect 6.6V LiFe as input to the Rcexl optic switch( running on a 30cc gasser plane) the red indicator is always on. i did connect the rx lead in to my JR12Rx on a "Gear" channel but the switch does not switch off

I have mine on the gear switch on my 9 channel Hitec, had to reverse the channel and all was good! About drove me nuts until a buddy suggested that change. Don't know if that helps
you? Worth a try.

Not familiar with the JR, but willing to bet you have a setup issue as well. Do your switches require they be enabled and assigned to be functional?

Go to the monitor screen and make sure the gear channel is working/moving when you operate the switch. If not then as mentioned, it may not be enabled or mapped correctly.
If it is enabled and reversing doesn't fix it then adjust the endpoints to the max for the gear channel and try it.
