ASP FS400AR gas conversion help carburetor running rich
Hello all,
I recently had my ASP FS400AR radial engine converted to gas by CH ignitions and running the stock carburetor. On the ground the engine runs great but when in the air the carburetor is leaning out to the point of stalling. I was told to find a way to pressurize the fuel tank. I am running strait pipes so that is not an option. Anyone run into this problem before and if so what did you do?
Thanks
Dan

if it runs good on the ground but bad in the air I would look at air flow around the carb. maybe you need a baffle or some way to shield the carb. air inlet from fast moving air.
