Default Brison 52 leaking fuel from velocity stack

Hi,
Is it normal for some fuel to come out of velocity stack while cranking my Brison 52. Seems like I have noticed alittle while it's running also.

They usually drip a bit or are are least wet when being choked. Not unusual for any piston ported engine to spit a bit of fuel at certain speeds. Is the engine running normally? If not, it may be time for a carb rebuild.
