They have to have taken a huge hit in there business with motors like the DLE's RCGF and EME etc etc
there is a lot of people that would have bought DA motors just a few years ago that instead bought one of the more popular Chinese made engines, we've seen the same thing happen with some of the more popular RC plane manufacturers like Aeroworks.

I shipped them a DA-50 for service 4 weeks ago and have called twice in past 2 weeks with no answer. Now their answering machine is full and will not accept anymore messages. Hope the reason is they are very busy.

Desert Aircraft answered the phone yesterday morning. They have received my engine but are very busy and have not gotten to it yet. That's O.K. because when I do get it back I know the work will have been done properly.
